  15. My mother is looking into buying a special printer that cuts letters out
  16. of a vinyl (with sticky back) type material.  Shes a 'graphic
  17. technician' who needs the machine to do 'lettering'.

  19. The one she is currently looking at comes with a hand scanner (it will
  20. scan in and print images on vinyl too) and the special printer.  She
  21. must supply an IBM Compatible XT or better.

  23. This system costs 2300 and we were wondering if anyone knew of other
  24. vinyl cutting systems or anyway to adapt a regular printer to this.

  26. She only has 2500 in her budget at work and has no XT computer so she
  27. would need to buy a computer too.
