- extradition treaties are a thing of the past.
- the us govt (in a rare disagreement with the UN and the entire rest of
- the world) believes that if it wants a criminal badly enough, it is
- more than within its rights to send troops into a foreign country to
- arrest said criminal. mexico and panama have already experienced this.
