- Finally on the the answer... The US Constitution implicitly acknowledges
- freedom of privacy (Amendment IX). And as for the arguement that God is
- a higher power than the US Constitution:

- 1) Seperation of Church and State. In other words, God doesn't have any
- authority in the US gov't...

- 2) Some of us are agnostic and atheist, or a religon where abortion is not
- "illegal". Hell, I used to be Episcopalian and they had no opinion
- on the matter.
