- I'd like to try to dissapate some of the nastiness which threatens to
- cloud what is basically an interesting discussion of Karl's proposal.
-
- Sometimes a preson must move across the country even though they have
- good resons (such as children) to stay put, for example when
- one's company relocates. Parents can face a difficult choice between
- staying (and perhaps remaining unemployed) and following their job.
- Unfortunately, this happens all to often in today's difficcult economic
- times. We should not demonize such people by calling them pigheaded.
-
- Note that the reason for the move does not necessarily have bearin
- on the discussion of whether the parent who has moved should pay the
- full cost of the children's transportation.
