  18. It only takes one side to say "we won't kill" to pretty much not
  19. have a "war" as we know it.  That is a principle they need not
  20. agree on that doesn't lead to war, it can (and probably will) be
  21. in conflict with the other side.  It doesn't matter what other
  22. principles conflict.
