  10. What we need in this country is a good, cheap 100th trimester abortion
  11. available on demand.  The contolling factor should not be based on viability
  12. outside the womb, but instead should be based on whether the child has
  13. left home yet.  In other words, any 25-year-old who has not left home
  14. should be considered a likely candidate for the procedure.
