- I don't know what anyone else calls it, but I think it is a judicial
- decision, not legislation. I know some people will try to educate me
- that courts legislate, in addition to the legislature, but I admit
- that I'm pretty hopeless in my belief. Oh, and I don't agree with
- Holtsinger either, if it isn't very obvious...
