- that being said, if you are going to do it, post a
- first call for votes, specify a voting period, specify
- an address to which votes should be mailed, state that
- the vote taker will acknowledge votes receive and
- specify that votes will be published at the end of the
- voting period. and be prepared for lots of visitors
- from across the net voting for their favorites.
