  16. Anybody have any thoughts on what the phrase "Great Dukedom Europe"
  17. might refer to?

  19. It's the birthplace of a Wisconsin marriage record, dated 1901.
  20. The bride's birthplace is simply "Europe" (although I happen to
  21. know that it's Germany/Poland), and the groom's is listed as
  22. "Great Dukedom Europe".  His surname is Lasecki, if that helps.
