  11. It has two comfortably big bedrooms and a living room and a dining
  12. room (the living room could be converted to an extra bedroom -- that
  13. is what the previous tenants did).  It also has an eat-in kitchen and
  14. a large pantry.

  16. It is the bottom unit of a duplex.  In the basement there are a free
  17. washer and a dryer in good condition (shared with the upper unit (3 or
  18. 4 other people)) and some extra storage.  It has a covered back porch,
  19. a back yard, and off-street parking.

  21. It is at 3826 1/2 Meridian Ave. N., just 1.5 blocks from buses to UW
  22. and downtown and I can bike to the U in less than 8 minutes.  The
  23. neighborhood is quiet and residential, though there is a corner store
  24. 3.5 blocks away.

  26. Sorry, no pets (we would have it rented several times over if they
  27. were allowed, but a previous tenant used the carpet as a litter box
  28. and that turned the landlord off pets forever).

  32. it; a little later if you must.

  34. The heat is gas, which is good because you pay all utilities.  The
  35. landlord wants first + last + $300 security to move in, but you can
  36. negotiate spreading that out.
