  17. Bernie Roehl and I have been working on the high-level design of a
  18. distributed Virtual Reality system for the past few months.  We are
  19. now ready to go public with the design and are looking for a few good
  20. collaborators--people with an interest in VR who are willing to do
  21. some research and/or software hacking and/or component building, or
  22. who have interesting ideas of their own regarding the architecture of
  23. such a system.

  25. If you are interested in Virtual Reality software or hardware, and
  26. would like to contribute some aspect of your expertise, there will be
  27. an organizational meeting in room 1302 of the Davis Centre, Thursday
  28. the 26th of November at 4:30.  We will give a brief description of the
  29. architecture, outline our plans for development and field questions.
