  31. What really needs to be done is more research.  You don't just buy a
  32. house after you drive by it a few times.  You go inside, look in the
  33. basement and attic, check it out for termites.  We need to do the
  34. same thing on the moon.  We need to start sending surveying missions
  35. to located mineral deposits and volatiles.  Apollo taught us a lot
  36. about the moon, but it was hardly enough.
