- In a recent post, Carl suggested that the results of the Nazi's
- "research" has not been made public because of the means used to
- obtain it. So the question is this: If information has be obtained
- using an unethical means, is it ethical to use the information anyway?
- I don't see a problem with using such information, as long as the
- people who gathered the initial data are punished by society for their
- unethical behavior. In the aforementioned case of the Nazis, they
- were all imprisoned or executed and will obviously not benefit from
- their efforts, so why not use the information?
