  13. In a recent post, Carl suggested that the results of the Nazi's
  14. "research" has not been made public because of the means used to
  15. obtain it.  So the question is this: If information has be obtained
  16. using an unethical means, is it ethical to use the information anyway?
  17. I don't see a problem with using such information, as long as the
  18. people who gathered the initial data are punished by society for their
  19. unethical behavior.  In the aforementioned case of the Nazis, they
  20. were all imprisoned or executed and will obviously not benefit from
  21. their efforts, so why not use the information?
