  22.    There are plenty of European Journals which do not have page charges.
  23.    "Nuclear Physics", the most popular particle physics and field
  24.    theory journal does not have page charges, so far as I know.
  25.    Neither do "Modern Physics A" or "Modern Physics B", journals
  26.    published by World Scientific (I believe).
  27.    I think "Journal of Physics" (British) has no page charges.

  29.    So, this is no excuse.
