  14. I am interested in references, current and past, regarding experiments and 
  15. theory regarding lightning, specifically ball lightning. I have heard there is
  16. some work going on in Japan with artificial ball lightning generation attempts,
  17. but have no information.

  19. The literature on these topics is somehwat sparse, no doubt a result of the 
  20. rarity of the natural phenomena, and the inability or great difficulty of 
  21. artificial generation.
