  21.      I am using this survey to approximate the general feelings towards the
  22. current health care system.  I realize that effectiveness has many connotations
  23. and that the results may not be "scientificly accurate."  However, I am only
  24. interested in the approval/disapproval of the health care system and the only
  25. conclusions that I intend to draw from this is whether or not the American
  26. people feel that 1. something is wrong and 2. what or if something should be
  27. done.
  28.      I appologize to those who might have been misled as to the purpose of my
  29. questions.
