- I was told by a podiatrist that orthotics could help my Chondomalacia problem.
- However, I could never get good orthotics that did not bother me. I do,
- however, wear Rockports now and the problem seems to have disappeared, so there
- may be something to that. Either that, or my chiropractic treatments have
- helped, as my chiropractor also said he could help!

- Walking down stairs seems to be very aggravating to the condition (my friend
- with it also said notices that), so don't do that if you can avoid it, or walk
- slowly down (and possibly up) them. I used to run up and down, but no longer.
