  12. Greetings.  Could someone explain why circumcisions are preformed in the
  13. first place ?  Wouldn't it be just as effective to stretch the foreskin so
  14. it is loose enough to be fully retracted ?

  16. Anyway, what options are available to adult men who were not circumsized at
  17. birth.  Are circumcisions ever performed on non-infants ?  Does a device 
  18. exsist that can be worn for a few weeks, that stretches the foreskin ?
