- I recently received a manuscript to review in which the authors used canonical
- discriminant analysis to look at the association of certain plant species with
- different soil types. As a non-statistician and someone familiar only with
- more traditional multivariate techniques, I would appreciate a brief
- explanation of canonical discriminant analysis (or a good reference).
