  33. I tried to access the site, and it seems that it does permit access from
  34. sites outside of North America.  Could you point me to some other sites
  35. where the package might be located, or, alternatively, give me the exact
  36. names of the files in package (including full paths)?  In the latter case,
  37. I might be able to use DECFTP, which is presumably located in the USA.
