- I tried to access the site, and it seems that it does permit access from
- sites outside of North America. Could you point me to some other sites
- where the package might be located, or, alternatively, give me the exact
- names of the files in package (including full paths)? In the latter case,
- I might be able to use DECFTP, which is presumably located in the USA.
