  14. Several people has been beating up on Camille Paglia. Someone even stated that 
  15. Camille belives that math is a masculine way of thinking etc.  I believe you 
  16. have Ms. Paglia's writings confused with the femi-nazis she deplores.

  18. If you have actually READ any of her writing, you would see she insists on a 
  19. scientific eduaction for everyone, incl. liberal arts people. I may not agree 
  20. with her in totally, but I won't sit by and watch her views being 
  21. misrepresented.

  23. It would appear that a lot of people in this group have as little knowledge of
  24. the humanities as humanities people have of science and math. This is sad. It
  25. esp. saddens someone like myself who has gotten a degree in math and molecular
  26. biology and plans to go to grad. school in art history and archaeology.
