  23. By a combination of both.  A small amount of nerve agent on the skin is 
  24. sufficient to kill within minutes.  To kill someone in the same amount of time
  25. with another substance might take a hundred times more in quanity.  Or take
  26. years if it was given in the same small dosage.  Thus, the first substance is 
  27. more toxic than the second.

  29. FYI there is suspose to be a reference book by (I believe) the national 
  30. society of toxicologist that lists substances, chemicals, and elements in
  31. order of their toxicity.  The next time I am on a major university campus,
  32. I will try to find this book.
