- to say that I thought protest was one of these democratic rights.
- Certainly,in the event that one of these plutonium shipments did come a
- cropper -in a storm,on rocks,to a terrorist/freedom fighter/government
- action or whatever,I'm sure everyone will be eager to say that it was a
- silly idea.At the moment,we just don't know what the risks are of this
- happening.

- For Greenpeace to make their predictions of disaster a self-fulfilling
- prophecy is not to anyones benefit. Greenpeace has the right to
- protest all they want but they do not have an unlimited right
- to "disrupt the process". In particular they do not have the right
- to maneuver however they want in the vicinity of other ships on the
- high seas. That in doing so they are the biggest source of danger to
- the shipment is rather ironic.
