  58. Another alternative is the NSWC Maths library.   The only way I know of
  59. getting a copy (it is only supplied in Fortran source form) is to write
  60. to Dr. Alfred Morris, Engineering & Information Systems Dept., Naval
  61. Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5000, USA.   It covers roughly
  62. the same subjects as NAG/IMSL.
