- Think again. There have been various and sundry nasty stuff used
- in war through the ages. Does 'Boiling Oil' count as a chemical agent?
- Does catapulting rotten meat into a walled city count as biological
- warfare? Wars have been fought with a variety of odd munitions over
- the years prior to WWI, some of which I would expect would count as
- chemicals....
