- It's strange, but perhaps not so strange as people who deliberately
- restrict the blood flow to their brains by tightly knotting a
- non-functional strip of cloth around their necks every day. It's
- been my observation that you can take a reasonably intelligent,
- productive worker, promote him to management, cut off the blood to
- his brain, and pretty soon he's as stupid as the other suits.
