  29. IMHO, sci.engg.power *is* different from sci.energy. For example,
  30. there are specific issues like operation ( unit committment, load
  31. forecasting, security), control and monitoring aspects of the power
  32. grids that do *not* seem to be of interest in sci.energy.

  34. My vote is YES for sci.engg.power
