  11. I am building a project that will detect the ring of the telephone and then do
  12. some processing (which is not important). What I need to know is if anyone
  13. knoews of a ring detect IC? Radio Scrap used to sell one years ago. I know it
  14. can be done with an optocoupler and a few other parts; however, I would like
  15. to make it more simplict than that. It would be nice if this IC took the phone
  16. line as a input and produced either a TTL level or CMOS compatible output.

  18. Any ideas? If you know of such a circuit, please email me as I don't often get
  19. a change to run through all the messages on the net.
