  11. got an old RCA VCR that puts out (from a tape) audio but no video.
  12. looked at the heads and they are clean and there is continuity, just no video
  13. output.  do heads go bad?  
  14. I havent traced the board because its one of those hi-fi versions that has 20
  15. pounds of crap stuffed inside a 5 pound bag.
  16. any clues?
