  17. features including frequency counter, Min/Max recording mode, Peak
  18. capture, relative measurments, touch hold, capacitance measurement
  19. and 4.5 digit display mode.  Top of the 80 series line, and includes
  20. shock holster, books & probes.  $150.

  23. with built in variable tone generator (digital control), as well as
  24. various standard noise and filter programs to test lines for signal
  25. loss, noise, signal level and received frequncy.  Also has impulse noise
  26. tests with timed sampling programs.  With case and leads.  This was in
  27. the $8000 range new...so $400 ought to be a great deal!
