- I can breathe in solder fumes without feeling ill but certain printers
- generate something that cause me to feel very bad immediately.
- Two printers that I definately have this problem with is the
- NEC S60P laser printer and the IBM 6750 typewriter (uses some special
- non-impact dot matrix printhead).
- I can feel a little when the NEC S60P is idling but when printing I must
- go out of the room and I cannot return until the printing has stopped
- and the room has been ventilated.
- The IBM typewriter is no problem when idling, and only a little problem
- when using it manually. When I drive it from the computer to print
- continously I feel bad.
-
- The feeling I get is like a metal-taste in my mouth and some 'pressure'
- in my lungs (spelling ??).
-
- Any idea what causes this ?? Is it dangerous for me ?? For other people
- that doesn't feel it ??
