  14.     I have a product that I'm developing and I decided to call the 
  15. National Idea Center in Washington D.C. which aparatently is a product
  16. developer. I decided calling would not hurt. In a few weeks they sent me
  17. information. Now I have had several discussions with a representative.
  18. And now the catch has finally come. He requires $800 upfront for costs
  19. of attorneys, research etc and the words "alot of money can be made"
  20. came up alot. I am not about to fall for this. Has anyone had any sucess
  21. of experience with this or a similar type of company. It seems these days
  22. that you have to be part of a big company to develop your idea or fall
  23. for these phony miracles. I would appreciate any advice.
