  21. Let's see, there have been one or two in which an engine blew up or fell
  22. off in mid air.  Definitely the fault of the air traffic controllers.  :*0

  24. There have been a couple that crashed on take off do to ice on the wings.
  25. Sounds like pilot error to me.

  27. One that crashed because it ran out of fuel.  The pilot on that flight
  28. never declared a fuel emergency.

  30. There have been one or two in which the pilots crashed after flying
  31. through thunderstorms.  Now this one at least could be evidence of
  32. air traffic controller problems, if there was any evidence that the
  33. controllers knew about the down drafts ahead of time.
