- I've done a little checking, and the story for Canadians
- appears to be this:

- (a) The RSA patents do not apply in Canada, so PGP should not
- present any problems wrt use and distribution.

- (b) Canada has a "monkey-see-monkey-do" pact with the USA wrt
- export controls, so it would not do to send PGP out of the
- country.

- (c) As in the USA, there is nothing preventing its import
- from Europe (eg. ghost or garbo).

- The usual caveat about getting your own lawyer applies...
