- There have been references to shark attacks here, but I haven't heard
- anything about them. I was in Hawaii from 1990 - 1991 and never heard
- of a shark attack...aren't they kind of rare there? (At least compared
- to California.) Could somebody please tell me what happened? (I don't
- mean to be macabre, but were there really that many and were they really
- that bad?)

- I would be interested in a petition against this shark-hunt. It seems
- pretty ludicrous to me.
