- Last I knew both IAND and ANDI were using the same course materials (text),
- which is the IAND "NITROX Diver Manual", developed by Dick Ritowski (sp?).

- Of the two agencies, it seems as if IAND is the one which is moving more
- quickly towards developing standards for training divers and instructors,
- and ANDI is moving more quickly towards standardizing equipment, filling
- procedures etc. This may be only my perception, or perhaps both agencies have
- decided to divide up the tasks of building a credible, responsible industry.
