  12. Nike air *&%!# shoes do not get punctures.  This is the promise I always
  13. extract from salespersons and appears to come from Nike.  Then, in the
  14. unlikely event that they do, they go back to the shop and Nike send me a
  15. new pair.  I like Nike, but the see through air thingy must be the worst
  16. design ever - still, on average over several years I've got one free
  17. pair for each one I've bought.  Do try it - perhaps if they get enough
  18. sent back they'd make the design more sensible!
