- I had a mild case of plantar faciitus. A sports doctor prescribed some soft
- orthotics which I wear in my running shoes and my dress shoes at all times.
- I take out the removable sockliner first. This can be a problem with some
- shoes. I no longer suffer from the problem but the doctor recommends that I
- continue to wear them as arch supports to avoid future problems. I initally
- used cold packs after a run but never had to quit running. Some of my
- running friends had more severe cases and had a more difficult time getting
- rid of it.
-
- Good luck.
