- You're better off asking this question in rec.food.veg rather than
- rec.running. Some of the answers given here are a little misleading, eg the
- idea that you need to combine proteins is about 20 years old and has been
- debunked. If you eat any kind of a decent diet you get more than enough
- protein without eating meat, and your body can combine it easily.
