- Can anyone give me hope that there are any wild quail left in North
- Carolina. Either my dog is faking it, or we haven't found much in the
- way of birds for 3 seasons. Does anyone know what, if any, work is
- being done to determine the reasons for the population demise over the
- last few years?
-
- If there isn't much hope of finding wild birds in the future, does anyone
- have any experience retraining a german shorthair to find and point trout?
