- Hey folks!
- I was just informed that I'd been VOLUNTEERED to go to Illinois
- to spend 4 glorious days with my wife's grandparents in Pontiac
- over the Christmas holidays (26 Dec-1 Jan). My parents-in-law will
- be accompanying us. My father-in-law (Chuck) has told me that we
- have about 2000 acres access to go hunting on and I was wondering if
- some kind soul could tell me the dates on the Pheasant season there
- along with any specific laws/rules that might differ from those here
- in my country (Texas) ;-) Other information that would be greatly
- appreciated would be out-of-state licensing fees, types of licenses
- available, legal firearms for taking pheasant, any transportation
- laws concerning rifles/shotguns on Illinois highways/roads/etc., and
- bag/possession limits. Any and all information would be appreciated.
- Please email to address below. Thanks.
