- These officers are going to get armchaired to death and this is a good example
- of what they will get to deal with for a while. The only information I have
- seen on it has been the initial article by AP. From what it sounds, it was
- just a tragic mistake, not some sort of wild gunplay. Like I have said before
- in this group, this thing happens unfortunately and goes to show how important
- pre-raid briefings and inter-unit/inter-agency co-ordination. I suspect this
- incident was preventable, but I'm not going to sit back and pass judgement on
- some people in a very stressfull situation who only had a couple seconds to
- make a life and death decision. I would encourage others to follow suit.
