  25. Well, yes and no...  If the interior is clearly customised to be a 
  26. gun case, then it is a gun case ... And if you clearly letter the 
  27. outside with the words 'GUN CASE' (say in 10 point type on the bottom ;-)
  28. that would add some more 'proof' ...

  39. dream piece is still available... a semi-auto Thompson 'Tommy Gun'
  40. with FACTORY Violin Case!  Yes, it is available with a guaranteed to
  41. be a gun case 'cause the manufacturer says it is 'Violin Case'...

  43. Might also prove to be a decent precident that a music-like case
  44. with gun holding interior is really a gun case ...
