- My brother just purchased a 1983 Jeep CJ7 w/ 58k orig miles on
- it. He bought it from the original owner who used it almost
- exclusively as a hunting vehicle. Despite this, it seems to
- be in pretty good shape. It has the 6cyl with a/c and a
- hardtop.
-
- This biggest problem right now is that the softtop was never
- used and is completely rotted from sitting out in the
- weather for 9 years. Is JC Whipme still a good source
- for Jeep parts, or are they in Chapter 11 again? Any
- other suggestions for parts sources for Jeeps?
-
- Any info is greatly appreciated!
