- On another tangent, I heard on the radio yesterday that some "environmental"
- group (civility precludes me from using the words I think really describe
- them) is going to go around and place "tickets" on cars they perceive to
- be "gas guzzlers". Wonder what their heuristic for determining what is
- or is not a "gas guzzler" is, and if they will bother to observe and also
- "ticket" "smoke-belchers".
