  21. On another tangent, I heard on the radio yesterday that some "environmental"
  22. group (civility precludes me from using the words I think really describe
  23. them) is going to go around and place "tickets" on cars they perceive to
  24. be "gas guzzlers".  Wonder what their heuristic for determining what is
  25. or is not a "gas guzzler" is, and if they will bother to observe and also
  26. "ticket" "smoke-belchers".

  28. Dunno if this is just a local Dayton thing, or some kind of feel-good
  29. national project...
