  13. Hello, I have just purchased a Nissan NX 2000 and
  14. I have to get put snow tires on for the winter.

  16. The problem is I would prefer not to use the 
  17. aluminum rims that came with the car over the 
  18. winter. I want to buy steel rims but Nissan does
  19. not make them for the 2000. The NX 1600 has steel
  20. rims available but they do not fit the 2000.

  22. I have three questions.

  24. Does anyone know if there is another company that
  25. manufactures steel rims for the car??
  26.  
  27. Also, is it bad to constantly change tires on aluminum
  28. rims. Can the metal be damaged and result in slow leaks?

  30. The rims are supposed to be plastic coated. Does this
  31. really protect them from heavy salt conditions??
