- Even the very best cars from the very best manufacturers _will_ be subject
- to defects and breakdowns; it's simple statistics. What is most important
- is not *whether* the cars will break down but how the company/dealer deals
- with the situation *when* it happens. Saturn seems to understand this.
- Ford seems to be having a little trouble with the concept. I believe that
- this is one of the reasons "exclusive" brands can demand the prices they
- do...people will pay for the peace of mind that they will be well-treated
- by the people they depend on to keep the car running well.
