- Woa! I would like to know your source on Ford using the Cummins instead
- of the IH? I haven't heard of this. This would spell bad news for
- an already troubled Navistar. As for the power of the IH, back when
- ford first started putting them in there trucks (then it was a 6.9 liter
- Diesel), the rear-ends could not take the power of the engine and they
- kept dropping out. If they are going with the Cummins for power reasons,
- I hope that they are a little more prepared this time.
