  25. My friend's late 80's Grand Am also with a Quad4 also blew a head gasket
  26. and developed some rust. It took us 3 weekends to replace the head
  27. gasket, but we did it ourselves. The parts salesman at the dealer 
  28. was surprised: "I never heard of a blown head gasket in one of
  29. these cars".

  31. My friend likes this car a lot despite the problems, but I would stay
  32. far away from it myself.
