  12.     Anybody know how to fix a scratch across one
  13. of the glued-on bands of a rear-window defroster?  Are there
  14. known techniques or kits?  (I can speculate about a razor blade,
  15. foil, and glue, and I'm curious if anybody's been successful at it.)
